Moving in Europe
Your Rights
All EU and EEA citizens have the right to move to another Member State to live, study and work. This is a legal right. If you are a citizen of one Member State (i.e. you hold a valid passport for that Member State) you are an EU/EEA citizen.
Documents
You will not need a visa or permit to enter another EU or EEA country, just proof of identity (your passport or national identity card). It would be wise to obtain a European Health Insurance Card before you go. This guarantees that you can get "immediately necessary" health care when you first arrive. If you intend to stay for longer than a certain period (usually 3 months) then you may need to apply for a residence permit.
