CENOR |

CENOR, the Portuguese National Resource Centre for Vocational
Guidance, is part of the European Euroguidance network under the
Leonardo da Vinci Programme and is co-financed by the European
Commission and the National Authority.
In Portugal, CENOR, part of the Directorate-General for Innovation and Curriculum Development (DGIDC), is managed by the division for Guidance and Scholar Supports. It also has a front Office – the CENOR Space, part of the Espaço Noesis, sited at Av. 24 de Julho, 140, in Lisbon. Its mission is to develop the European dimension in the national education, training and guidance systems, aiming at sharing work methods and innovative practices in close cooperation with the national systems of schooling and professional guidance of each participating country in the Euroguidance network. CENOR, as member of Euroguidance, trough the website cenor.dgidc.min-edu.pt produces information to students, education and guidance professionals, different organizations and the public, namely:
In each member country of the Euroguidance network, their CENOR counterparts, through the PLOTEUS site, europa.eu.int/ploteus, spread national information connected to school courses and higher education databases in Europe:
In addition, CENOR participates in conferences, seminars, debates and workshops at national and European level, therefore keeping abreast of innovative tendencies in the fields of school and professional guidance. |
