School counsellors and Educational and psychological counselling centres are responsible for people taking part in the formal education. Counselling of university students is usually covered by Regional educational and psychological counselling centres. Structures of specialized services are not developed properly. Psychological Counselling Services Centre and Labour offices are servicing employees, employers and unemployed people. Specific part of the service offer private institutions.
